12 oz Honey

I am a repeat customer. My first jar is phenomenal, with great taste, color & consistency. I am still using this honey and it has the original consistency after many months.
Subsequent, I ordered two more jars (this order) and found both jars arrived crystallized. Yes, I understand how & why this happens. I have been buying fresh honey for over 50 years (including some from Hawaii) & never had it delivered in this form. In most cases (for me) the honey I have purchased takes a few months to crystallize. My recent email to one of your representatives did not satisfy my complaint. Therefore, I will not recommend your company to anyone.
